The driving in crowding causes stress because of these pressures and strain leads to the nerves to be burned and some people slept while driving and this leads to accidents, and there are herbs that are so useful:-
   1. Siberian Ginseng: Take 200 milligrams or small spoon
                                                                   three times a day helps to keep youth and vitality.

  2. Peppermint: Buy a spray bottle and fill it with water and add a bit of                                                                                            peppermint essential oil which activates you during driving.
 

  3. Guarana: a quarter of a teaspoon of powder mixed with water and used on                                     spaced periods because it contains a high percentage of nicotine,                                     which causes addiction.
