When traveling from one country to another you may feel several symptoms or some fatigue and insomnia and headache and loss of appetite or constipation or diarrhea , and this happens due to the difference of biological rhythms of the body  And useful natural ways of  treatments may include  

  1. Oils (peppermint and rosemary)
Put one on a napkin and inhale and do this several times.

2. Fluids
 drink a large amount of fluid water and juices so that you do not get dehydrated.

 3. Ginseng
