Natural painkillers in your kitchen

In many ways , we do not really need a lot of advice because we already know basically what we do:
Eat a variety of foods , especially whole grains , fruits and vegetables.
Reduce candy, soda and other empty calories.
Look how much we eat .
    Make physical activity every day.
As a nation , we are increasingly eating more processed foods . Our supermarkets are full of packaged food practices that appeal to our taste buds , but jeopardize our diet. In addition, we eat less variety of foods. Ironically, while 17,000 new products are introduced each year, two thirds of our calories come from only four foods : corn, soybeans, wheat, and rice.
Pie table showing two thirds of the calories we consume are derived from corn, soy, rice , and wheat.
Our food is not the same as 20 years ago . Nutrients in the soil have been exhausted, if the food grown in that soil has fewer nutrients . Chemicals are increasingly used in breeding plants and animals , especially on huge industrial farms that specialize in a few products.
It is easy to fall into the pattern of rapid consumption, convenient , prepared foods , especially in our lives often frantic . But we do not cherish doing it. Our standard American diet ( it's sad , you know? ) Lack of nutrients and relies heavily on processed foods which include artificial colors, additives, flavorings and chemically modified fats and sweeteners.
Our fast foods we remove the pleasures of creation and enjoy a delicious meal and our fast pace often prevents us to connect on a good slow meal. We tend to eat for convenience and speed , not the health and pleasure. No wonder it's so easy for you to eat too much like a motherfucker! (Yes, I 'm talking about you . Well, there is a very high chance that I consider 69% of Americans are overweight or obese. 69 %!)
So there are many reasons why we might want to pay attention to what we eat . The food is a powerful thing . Everyone has to eat. The food is not like the medicine is medicine.
